I first saw Dr Jones after 4 months of pain and being passed from one specialist to another with no real idea of the cause. Dr Jones listened entirely to all of my symptoms and examined me thoroughly. I finally felt that someone had an idea of what could be wrong with me. He also adressed my abnormal CRP which had been elevated for such a long time and got that under control. We are now 7 months down the line and I am almost pain free. I have answers to the causes of my persistent rib pain and feel assured that if my pain presents again I have a clear plan of action going forward. Thanks so much for everything and finally getting me back to some normality! I whole heartedly recommend Dr Jones.

Dr Jones is totally approachable and will always listen with genuine interest to any concerns or issues which he addresses with care in a comprehensive and unrushed manner. Dr Hugh Jones has a bright and breezy personality which makes you immediately feel comfortable . My mum is in a wheelchair but she still has all her faculties and Dr Jones spoke to her firest and asked her the questions directly ratheer than talking over her to me which happens in a lot of cases. We left him reassured that everything was going okay but if we were at all worried before mums next appoitment then we needed to get the appointment brought forward and to say that Dr Jones had requested this and that we were to see him and only him. This reassured mum as she has been gping through a bit of a rough patch. Dr jones was a ray of sunshine
